Academy of Maritime Education and Training-AMET is one of the best maritime universities in India. AMET was established in 1993. AMET's first batch consisted of 13 cadets, who were interested in marine engineering. This university is certified by The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in the recent past (16-11-2015) which is renewed after every five years. AMET University Entrance Test

Students who wish to take admission in the courses offered by AMET university, students should appear in the AMET university entrance test. AMET University entrance test will be conducted by AMET online. Desired students can apply for Under Graduate/ Post Graduate, GME, ETO, Lateral Entry courses offered by AMET University. The entrance test will be scheduled in all major cities. Admission to AMET is based on marks scored in entrance test of AMET university.

Candidate can make online payment of Rs.1000 or Demand Draft (in favour of Amet University, Chennai) to get the application form. For Diploma & Certificate course Application Form Fees is Rs.500. No application fee is refundable.

AMET University Fees Structure

AMET university fee structure is revised every year by the university administration. Selected candidates should pay a token amount within 5 days from the date of publication of selection list and rest of the fee within 15 days. Mode of payment is DD/Online/Cash.
