Indian Army announced a recruitment notification regarding India Army 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme 2017 Course-37 for all defence job aspirants. Apply online for TES 2017 course from from 08-11-2016 at 10:00 Hrs to 07-12-2016 by 10:00 Hrs. Only unmarried male candidates can apply for TES course to get permanent commissioning in Indian Army after qualifying in Technical Entry Scheme 2017 Exam. On successful completion of 4 years of the course (Basic Military Training and Technical Training) cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of Lt.

How to apply Indian Army TES 2017

Candidates applying for Indian army technical entry scheme July 2017 must follow the below steps to fill up online application correctly.

• Log on to website joinindianarmy.nic.in
• Click on “Notifications” under Officers Selection
• In front of notification click on Apply Online option.
• Start to fill application form with all correct information.
• Pay application fee with required process of it.
• Attach Scanned photo and signature in application form.
• Take a printout of filled TES application form.
• Attach all required documents with application form.

Selection Process of TES Course 2017

1. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through e-Mail/registered mobile number.

2. Services Selection Board (SSB) Interview will be conducted at Bhopal, Bangalore or Allahabad.

3. Services Selection Board (SSB) Interview will be conducted for 5 days (Psychological Tests, Group tests and Interview).

4. Candidates who pass the SSB interview will be required to attend the medical tests.

5. The candidates, who will be declared as medically fit, will be appointed for training based on the merit. 

Training of Technical Entry Scheme Course

Total training period for Indian Army TES Course is five years. The total duration is divided in two phase and both phase are described below.

Basic Military Training: It's a compulsory training for all candidates. This is conducted at Gaya, Bihar.

Technical Training: After completion of basic military training candidates are undergone technical training in two phases.
(i) Phase-I (Pre Commission Training): The Phase I technical training duration is of 3 Years which will be scheduled at CME Pune or MCTE Mhow or MCEME Secunderabad It is also called as pre commission training.
(ii) Phase-II (Post Commission Training): The Phase II technical training is total period of 1 year at CME Pune or MCTE Mhow or MCEME Secunderabad. It is also called as post commission training.

Physical Standards for Admission to the 10+2 (TES) Entry Permanent Commission
