Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has earlier set the last date for submitting the exam form for June 2020 session as 30 April 2020. A slew of measures is being taken by the IGNOU administration due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So now keeping in view of the difficulties faced by the students, IGNOU has decided to extend the last date of June 2020 Term End Exam form submission. 

The last date for submitting IGNOU TEE June 2020 exam form is 15 May 20

Now after the latest announcement, students who want to appear in the TEE June 2020 exam can apply for the same up to 15 May 20. In addition to extending the TEE form submission date, IGNOU has also extended the last date to submit the assignments for TEE June 2020 exam.

Up to 15 May 2020, no additional late fee will be charged by the IGNOU. Earlier 1000 rupees was the late fee for students who fail to submit their TEE June 2020 exam form after 30 April 2020. Now the last date for submission of form is set to 15th May 2020. But there may not be an extension of the last date to submit the exam application of IGNOU. So all candidates who want to appear in the June 2020 TEE exam must fill up the application form on or before the 15th of May this year as the exams are set to start in the first week of June 2020.

This decision of extending the last date has been taken by the IGNOU administration as its Learner Support Services activities were adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the lockdown till 3rd May 2020, IGNOU regional centers and study centers have not been operating or operating with very limited manpower. Also, students have been advised not to visit the regional centers or study centers until further notice and have been asked to contact on phone/email for clarification regarding their queries. Due to this, weekly counseling sessions to clear doubts of IGNOU students have been not conducted and recently the University has started online learner classes on Facebook to guide the students. 

So if you are a student of IGNOU and want to appear in the TEE June 2020 examination, please do remember to apply before 15th June 2020.
